SHIPPING POLICY

Currently we ship products within Australia and to the United States, Canada, and the United Kingdom.  All postage comes with tracking and is priced at a flat rate.   As of July, 2022, rates are: 

AUSTRALIA $9.50 AUD

USA $24 AUD

Canada $24 AUD

UK $29 AUD

Items purchased from Japoodah are made pursuant to a postal contract.  This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

We do not offer a refund or exchange if you change your mind, but we will gladly provide a refund or exchange if an item has a major problem.  A major problem is when the item:

​* has a problem that would have stopped someone from buying the item if they had known about it

* is unsafe

* is significantly different from the sample or description

* doesn’t do what we said it would, or what you asked for and can’t be easily fixed.

If you believe there is a problem with your item, please contact us as soon as you are aware of the fault.  The item will need to be returned to us and, if we deem that there is a manufacturer’s fault, we will happily replace the item for you or refund your money. We will bear any associated costs and will carry out the repair or replacement within a reasonable time and without significant inconvenience to you. In certain circumstances, where a repair or replacement is impossible or otherwise disproportionate, we may instead offer you a full refund.

Our warranty is valid for 90 days from the date of purchase.  This covers any faults that occur due to errors in manufacturing, providing the product has been cared as per the label instructions and packaging.
